To use certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Certain features may require payment of fees (for example, advertiser campaign charges, platform fees, or related services). Where payments are processed, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees described at checkout or in-product
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing and tax information as requested
• Authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method where applicable
• Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes

Driver compensation, if any, is governed by campaign rules, offer terms, and payout schedules shown in the Service. Fees and payout structures may change; where required, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or fraudulent campaign materials or profile information
• Circumvent the Service to arrange off-platform deals that undermine fees, safety, or compliance workflows we provide
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, vehicle, insurance, licensing, or eligibility
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, monitoring systems, or other users' use of the Service
• Harass, threaten, spam, or send unsolicited communications through the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could create a safety risk on public roads or violate traffic or vehicle advertising rules in your area

Our intellectual property

The Service (including software, branding, templates, and documentation) is owned by Drive-Buy Ads and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as logos, creative files, photos, and descriptions). You grant Drive-Buy Ads a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service (including showing creatives to drivers, partners, and administrators as needed to fulfill campaigns).

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• That any campaign will achieve impressions, sales, or other business outcomes
• That driver offers, installs, or third-party print/production partners will always be available
