“Drive-Buy Ads is Wilmington's only locally-operated vehicle advertising network — transparent pricing, verified installs, and a real team you can talk to before you spend a dollar.”
The Problem We Set Out to Solve
Local businesses in markets like Wilmington face the same squeeze: the channels that actually work — billboards, broadcast, high-reach digital — are priced for companies far larger than theirs. Everyday drivers already pass through the neighborhoods those businesses want to reach, but that visibility rarely works for anyone.
Local print shops and mobile installers have the craft to produce professional vehicle advertising — and need a clearer path to local campaign work as Wilmington demand grows.
Advertisers, drivers, and production partners. One ops-assisted Wilmington soft launch.
What We Built
Drive-Buy Ads connects advertisers, drivers who complete verification, print shops, and mobile installers for magnet and vinyl vehicle advertising. Advertisers start with a package estimate. Drivers accept placements that fit their vehicle and normal routes. Print partners produce materials; installers coordinate application when needed. In our Wilmington soft launch, matching and handoffs are ops-assisted.
Advertisers create campaigns and estimates, drivers who complete verification accept assignments through the dashboard, and print partners produce materials. Matching, production handoffs, and install coordination are ops-assisted in our Wilmington pilot. Proof today comes from install photos and driver check-ins.
For Advertisers
See a package estimate first, then run magnet or vinyl campaigns in the Wilmington pilot. Track campaign status and assignment proofs in your dashboard — live maps when GPS route tracking ships.
For Drivers
Earn a monthly payout — typically $125–$300 when active — for carrying professionally produced ads on your vehicle. Exact offer shown before you accept. No extra miles, no schedule changes.
For Print Shops & Mobile Installers
Print shops receive routed production jobs and mockup work. Mobile installers handle field installs. Separate portals keep production and install coordination clear during the pilot.

How We Verify Campaigns
Most vehicle advertising platforms rely on self-reported mileage. Drive-Buy Ads verifies campaign participation through install photos at the time of application, periodic driver check-ins, and admin-reviewed proof records tied to each assignment.
GPS route tracking is in active development. When available, it will cross-reference driver routes against state Department of Transportation traffic count data to produce verified impression estimates. We will notify all active advertisers and drivers when this feature goes live.
Our Commitments
- Transparent pricing. Every advertiser sees the full cost breakdown — including the multi-month discount ladder — before committing to a campaign. No surprises at billing.
- Honest impression estimates. We tell you how the numbers are calculated and what the variables are. Impressions are modeled, not measured — and we say so plainly.
- Driver dignity. Drivers see full campaign details — payout, ad placement, duration — before accepting anything. They can decline any campaign for any reason, no questions asked.
- Vehicle safety first. Magnetic signs leave no residue when applied and removed per manufacturer guidance on compatible steel. Vinyl uses removable adhesive. Professional partners handle application where needed.
- Local by design. We're not parachuting a national fleet into your city. We grow market by market — Wilmington first — with locally sourced drivers and partners, because local advertising only works when it's genuinely local.
Where We're Headed
Our vision is to boost local small business visibility and empower everyday drivers to earn from the miles they already drive. We're soft-launching in Wilmington, North Carolina in 2026. GPS route tracking and broader metros are on the roadmap — we'll say when each piece is live.
